Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• By purchasing a digital product or booking a design service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms
• I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

2. Services & Digital Products

• Full Interior Design Service
• Project Review Consultation
• Colour Consultation
• Kitchen & Bathroom Design Services

• Are digital-only (no physical delivery)
• Are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or modified for commercial purposes
• May contain affiliate links, where I earn a commission at no extra cost to the buyer

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A detailed scope of work and pricing proposal will be sent for approval
• A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required before work begins
• All services are conducted either in person, digitally via video calls, email, Notion client portal and Google Forms

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. I do not store or process credit card details
• All pricing is stated in AUD (Australian Dollars)
• Services may require full upfront payment or a deposit, depending on the package 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final
• No refunds or exchanges are offered, except in cases where the product is defective or inaccessible under Australian Consumer Law
• If you experience a download issue, please contact me within 7 days of purchase for assistance

• Deposits and payments for design services are non-refundable, except in cases where I am unable to fulfil the service

• Clients who cancel before work begins may receive a partial refund, minus an admin fee
• If work has already commenced, no refunds will be issued

• Clients may request to reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice
• Rescheduling is subject to availability

5. Client Responsibilities & Project Expectations

• Provide accurate information about your project, style preferences and budget
• Respond to design requests and approvals in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule
• Understand that my recommendations are advisory only and implementation is your responsibility
• Secure any permits, approvals or contractor compliance required for your renovation or fit-out
• Acknowledge that I do not purchase or install any materials, fixtures or furniture

• Installation issues, product defects or contractor workmanship
• Delays caused by client non-responsiveness, supplier stock levels or third-party issues
• Any structural changes or engineering requirements outside of the agreed design scope

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All designs, templates and digital content provided remains Neon Flux Interior Design’s intellectual property
• Clients receive a personal-use license only and may not:
  • Resell, reproduce or distribute my materials for commercial use
  • Modify or claim my designs as their own

7. Limitation of Liability

• Neon Flux Interior Design is not responsible for the outcome of implemented designs
• Any product recommendations are made in good faith, but I do not guarantee availability, pricing or performance
• My liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service or product

8. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure

• Some digital products and guides contain affiliate links
• I may earn a small commission when you purchase through these links
• Affiliate links do not affect product pricing and I do not guarantee third-party product quality or availability

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data (name, email, project details) is collected only for service delivery
• Payment details are processed by Stripe, and I do not store credit card information

10. Dispute Resolution

• If you have a concern or issue, please contact me first to attempt a resolution
• If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved, it will be handled under Australian law in the appropriate jurisdiction

11. Governing Law & Updates

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
• I reserve the right to update these terms at any time
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification
