I’ve worked across enough renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and new builds to know where projects usually go off track and it’s rarely the big, obvious stuff. It’s the small decisions made too early, or too late, without the full picture: a layout locked in before it’s been properly thought through, finishes picked without checking pricing, a brief that doesn’t quite match the budget.
I’m not a stylist and I’m not here to sell you a look. My focus is layouts, finishes, fittings and the planning decisions that hold a renovation together. If something won’t work for your home or your budget, I’ll tell you and make sure you know what will.
