DESIGN CLARITY SESSION
TERMS + CONDITIONS
1. SCOPE OF SERVICE
The Design Clarity Session is a one-off advisory consultation designed to provide strategic guidance, direction and professional insight for residential renovation, build or interior design projects.
This session may include:

- Layout and spatial guidance
- General finishes and fittings advice
- Renovation sequencing advice
- Budget direction discussion
- Professional opinion on project approach
This session does not include:
- Construction documentation
- Structural engineering advice
- Building certification
- Formal compliance approval
- Project management
- Site supervision
- Ongoing design services unless separately agreed in writing
All advice is conceptual and directional in nature.
2. ADVISORY NATURE OF SERVICE
The Design Clarity Session provides professional opinion and guidance based on the information supplied by the Client.
All final decisions regarding construction, compliance, documentation, materials and installation must be reviewed and confirmed by appropriately licensed trades, builders, engineers or certifiers before implementation.
Neon Flux Interior Design is not responsible for third-party interpretation or execution of advice provided.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about the project
- Disclose known site constraints or compliance requirements
- Seek independent professional advice where required
- Confirm all selections, documentation and construction details with relevant professionals before proceeding
4. No guarantee of outcome
While professional care and skill will be exercised, Neon Flux Interior Design does not guarantee specific project outcomes, financial savings, builder performance or construction results.
Renovation outcomes depend on multiple variables beyond the control of the Designer.

5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, liability arising from the Design Clarity Session is limited to the total fee paid for the session.

6. Payment + cancellations
Payment is required in full prior to the session.
Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the full or partial session fee.
No refunds are provided once the session has taken place.

7. Intellectual property
All materials, notes, sketches or documentation provided during the session remain the intellectual property of Neon Flux Interior Design.
